I am going to make some book bags tomorrow - I like a good book bag, iron on. I've pulled Nica's pic and a couple others. I'll post pics when/if they come out nice. Currently annoyed because the two bags I ordered had to be reshipped. If they make it, I'll have one of those for someone. I'll look up what I paid if they come. If not, I'll have 10 or so bags I DIY.
Sidenote: I'm heading to the baseball game on Saturday before the show if anyone's interested. I should've asked before. I'm in section 321 - no blockage, shade/cover, good view.
Also, I'm staying in what is apparently the oldest gayborhood in the country, Northalstead or Boystown. I had no idea until I Google streeted my air B&B and it was surrounded by rainbows. I picked it because it's a 10 minute walk from Wrigley and a mile from Constellation if I want to walk. But apparently I'm in for so many more treats. As a full-fledged fruit fly, I will be sending smirky jealous-of-me photos to my if-I-were-a-gay-man-we'd-marry friend, Craig.
Done. I'm going to see what I can get and go from there. Considering our district left us unable to access all of our planning tools for the 3 of the 4 days of planning time (the "why" on this is astoundingly stupid), I'm in a "fuck you" place. I'll get Q1 done today, but really I'll get my transfers and Chicago stuff done. At least it's something I won't need to wait for bureaucracy to make available.
Can I wear my existing snek shirt (I’m a freak) if I promise to pay cash for a poster and someone else’s snek souvenir? Or is that a handout? a coiled tail?
Is there any way to buy the merch when I can’t be at a live event? I’d love to go to a live event but then I remember I’m a fucking recluse middle aged cat dad who spends all his time either writing code or watching anime. I’m tempted to be social if it gets me some “don’t step on snek” merch though!
