Moynihan’s Special Dispatch
Back in 2021, Moynihan interviewed Prof. McMeekin for a The Historians special dispatch (remember those?).
Funny tidbit: in the dispatch, Michael mentions that Columbia has an endowed professorship named after Alger Hiss. McMeekin doesn't correct him, but the truth is even funnier. It's not Columbia, it's Bard College - in McMeekin's own department:
Shockingly, accordingly to two extensive Google Drive tables of book mentions on the Fifth Column Podcast, it seems that the book was never mentioned in an episode outside of the Special Dispatch where Moynihan interviewed the author. Is that true?
